This game, which I’ve named Kinnect™: Family Secrets Edition, takes the complexities of family discovery and translates them into an engaging, interactive experience. The game includes a 24 inch board, dice, 6 tokens, five distinct decks with 54 cards, each addressing different aspects of family and personal relationships. The categories include Childhood, Relationships, Family DNA Secrets, Riddles, and Take Action, creating opportunities for players to explore their histories, reveal family secrets, and deepen their understanding of one another.
The game is structured to evoke emotions, memories, and dialogue, making it not just a source of entertainment but a tool for connection and reflection. Players advance by answering trivia, sharing personal revelations, and solving riddles, and even taking action, with the ultimate goal of building "Kinnection Points." By incorporating humor, honesty, and curiosity, the game allows participants to approach sensitive topics in a non-threatening and even enjoyable way.
THE BOARD
The Kinnect™: Family Secrets Edition board is a visual journey designed to uncover connections and spark meaningful conversations. Each section of the board represents key life categories, creating a seamless flow for players to navigate as they move through thought-provoking spaces. THE CARDS
This game features five unique decks of cards:​

Kinnect™: Family Secrets Edition is more than a board game—it's an experience designed to bring families closer and help players discover their roots. Current Stage
Created in October 2024, this game stems from over a decade of hands-on experience connecting disconnected families. Kinnect: Family Secrets Edition is designed to bring people closer, spark meaningful conversations, and help families explore their roots in a fun and engaging way.

The game is complete, but it’s not yet available for sale. We’re currently in the stage of hosting test pilot events to refine the experience and gather feedback. Our goal is to make the game as affordable as possible for households everywhere.
